Teams Hurl Rotten Tomatoes

I know what you're thinking -- FINALLY! If last week's reprieve brought frustration to many viewers then last night's elimination must have brought relief. I still feel that the blondes deserved to make the final three, but they definitely chose the wrong Detour. The logic seemed good -- never choose the needle-in-the-haystack Detours on The Amazing Race. I've said it a million times on here, we're seen teams get stuck at such a Detour for hours and hours, and yet, last night it was the smarter choice. The stack of tomatoes was giving out clues almost as quickly as the local Barcelonans were hurling them at the teams. There are no words to describe my happiness over the fact that Bama made the final three!! Here's a look at some entertaining moments from last night.

*I'm pretty sure that Rob and Kim are perfect for each other. Neither one of them can keep his/her cool for five minutes! How hilarious was Kim during the tomato Detour?? She was getting so POed at the locals and Rob because he wouldn't leave with her to do the other Detour. Of course, Rob's decision to stay was the right one and both he and Kim found a clue and landed in first for the leg.

*Do you guys think that the producers of TAR purposely stack the show with lots of "resort and spa" vacation packages just so they can constantly hear Phil say, "spaRR??" I swear, it has become a weekly feature, and I'm loving it! I can just picture the producers sitting in a room, watching the episodes and busting out laughing every time they hear him say it.

*I'm sure that camel meat is a completely acceptable, normal thing to eat in Moracco. The very thought makes me want to avoid Moracco like the plague, but I get that it's a part of their culture. Does TAR have to keep showing us shots of camel heads, insides, and every over disgusting, disturbing sight from that Roadblock??? Yuck!

In the end, it didn't matter whether or not the blondes were marked for elimination because they came in last. The infallible blondes had two bad legs in a row, and it definitely cost them the Race. So going into next week's finale, we have Rob/Kim, Bama and the Models. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Rob/Kim will get lost -- a lot. Were you glad to see the blondes finally go home? Or will you miss their sneaky ways? Leave me a comment with your thoughts.

I have to admit that I was indeed glad to see the blondes go. They were really starting to get under my skin. I'm thrilled that Bama is in the final three!! I think that it is awesome! All that talk about the blondes being the first all female team to win and look who ended up being the all female team after all! It's amazing!
