SOS: 'Veronica Mars'

Well dear readers, it's that time of year again. Time to pull together to save one of the best shows on television. That's right, Veronica Mars is once again in danger of not getting renewed for another season. A recent issue of TV Guide claimed that the show is not likely to get a 4th season! This is unacceptable! One thing is for sure, we can't let them take Veronica down without a fight. Here's some information on the latest campaign courtesy of The Eternal Vigilance Thread at TWoP and Cloud Watchers:

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

We have been formulating a plan of attack prior to the five stand-alone episodes scheduled to air starting at the end of April. It's a final push before Upfronts in May where they announce whether or not Veronica Mars gets to be around for her Sophomore year at Hearst.

So here's what we are planning:

The weekend before the show comes back from hiatus, so the 28th and 29th of April, we'd like to get volunteers in the major Nielsen markets to distribute fliers touting the greatness that is Veronica Mars. You can do this by posting them bulletin boards, handing them out, putting them on windshields, or whatever you choose. We just NEED YOU to help distribute them. We'll do the printing, you just have to get them out there. We are also looking into having a professional street team distribute them in at least one, possibly two majork Nielsen Markets.

A lovely designer has already offered up her services and created this amazing flyer:

We are still working out the details on funding, printing and specifics, so there will be more details to come. But if you are at all interested, send an email and we will keep you updated with the details.
